What is Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological rehab is a branch of physiotherapy that helps people with injuries and/or diseases of the central nervous system. Injuries and/or diseases of the nervous system can affect everyone in different ways and on different levels. Some people notice that their abilities will fluctuate from day to day and even throughout the day. Physiotherapy and a consistent exercise regimen can help to reduce the fluctuations and keep your abilities stable.

A stroke can impact a person in several ways.  A stoke can leave someone with changes in their physical and/or cognitive abilities. The severity of these changes depends on which area of the brain was affected and how badly damaged that area is.

Parkinson’s and (associated conditions) is a condition which affects nerve cells in the brain and alters your ability to properly control your body’s movements.

What is Multiple Sclerosis (MS) ?
